While EDC Inc respects the right of employees to use social media in their personal lives, it is important that employees are aware of how their personal use of social media may impact their professional lives and the reputation of EDC Inc. Employees are therefore expected to:

  • Be aware that they can be identified as an employee of EDC Inc, even when not officially representing the company.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the IT Audit and Compliance department, or as needed in response to significant changes in social media usage or legislation. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to all employees and contractors.
