Data Breach Response
- In the event of a data breach, IT-SOC (Incident Management) will initiate an immediate response to contain and assess the impact.
- Affected parties will be notified in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures.
Compliance and Monitoring
- IT Audit and Compliance ensures that data protection practices are in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- IT Monitoring Operations oversees the ongoing monitoring of data protection controls.
Training and Awareness
- All employees receive regular training on data protection and privacy best practices.
- Corporate Physical Security provides guidance on the physical security aspects of data protection.
Change Management
- Any changes to systems or processes that handle data are reviewed by the Change Audit Board (CAB) to ensure compliance with this policy.
- IT Server Build Operations is responsible for implementing approved changes in a secure manner.
Server Patching and IT Exceptions
- Each server must be patched every 30 days by IT Server Operations to maintain security and compliance.
- Exceptions to this rule must be approved by IT Security and documented as an “IT Exception”.
- OS patching is managed by IT Server Operations and is subject to regular audits.
